S.A.G. Solarstrom AG Installs a 4.6 MWp Roof-top System

S.A.G. Solarstrom AG, Freiburg, will connect the 4.6 MWp roof-top system on the roof of the Dehner Garden Center in Rain to grid this year , according to the latest status of planning and construction progress. S.A.G. was commissioned as the main contractor in September by the project planning company WALTER konzept, Ellwangen, to set up the planned 4.6 MWp system, after WALTER konzept was awarded the contract for handling this large-scale project in June.

Government of Canada Invests in Saskatchewan Biofuels

Thanks to an investment by the Government of Canada, up to $77.75 million over seven years will support the production of ethanol in Saskatchewan, sustain job creation and help stimulate the economy. Ray Boughen, Member of Parliament for Palliser, on behalf of the Honourable Lisa Raitt, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, today announced that the ecoENERGY for Biofuels program will deliver the investment to Terra Grain Fuels’ ethanol facility to help strengthen the Canadian renewable fuel industry.
